Elegoo Neptune 2 3D Printer is Proving Invaluable in the Workshop.  Combined with Fusion 360 CAD/CAM software the production of many brackets, patterns and even go-karts for my grandson’s party bags is impressive. Considering it was purchased via Amazon for just £130 (2021) although I see that offer has ceased. However you can purchase a dual extruder version of the same machine for £199 at the time of writing (January 2022).

(if you follow the link and buy from Amazon as part of their associate program I receive a very  very small commission, that goes towards the cost of the site, at no cost to you.))

Examples of prints done to date.

The above pictures are but a small example of the uses I’ve put the 3D printer too.  I am about to make some patterns to cast brass parts for my 2″ scale Fowler Traction engine build.  At present I am working on the Tender and you can follow that (very long term ) project here.

I will update the gallery above from time to time so please check back.
